Frank P. Cantwell, Jr.

Frank P. ("Rusty") Cantwell, Jr., born in Shreveport, Louisiana on January 29, 1946, joined this law firm in 1974 when he was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. In 1976, he was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Rusty received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Vanderbilt University in 1968 and was graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1973. He is a member of the Hamblen County, Tennessee and American Bar Associations. Rusty served in the U. S. Army from 1968 until 1971 at which time he was honorably discharged as a First Lieutenant, Military Intelligence. Rusty concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, business acquisitions, county governmental, business law and insurance law.
