Capps, Cantwell, Capps & Byrd is a full service Tennessee law firm dedicated to our clients and their needs. The law firm was established in 1952 by Paul R. Capps, and the firm has been providing a broad range of legal services ever since. Frank P. Cantwell, Jr. joined the firm in 1974, Christopher P. Capps in 1983 and David S. Byrd in 1994.
